Home (Revisited), 2018
I took these photos in the spring of 2018 for a large format photography class during my last year at UNT. We learned the process of capturing, developing, and making prints of 4x5 film. For this series, I wanted to revisit my Home series and further document areas of my childhood home. My family and I were in the final stages of emptying our house and fixing it up to sell. My aim was to convey the feeling of nostalgia and stillness by capturing how the sunlight interacted with the newly uninhabited space.
